The Pennsylvania Affordable Apartment Locator was developed as a resource to link consumers to affordable housing options throughout the Commonwealth. This Web site offers information about apartment locations, rental prices and subsidies, accessibility features, development amenities, current vacancies, contact information, and the status of a property’s waiting list. When available, maps and photographs of the property are also provided.
To date, the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency has financed more than 65,000 affordable and/or accessible apartment units throughout
Pennsylvania. And, we look forward to providing support and capital to help fund additional decent, safe, and affordable apartments for older
adults, persons of modest means, and persons with special housing needs.
