Multifamily Log-In

We are pleased to announce the rollout of a new LIHTC Web-based compliance reporting program. Management Agents and Property Owners can log on to this secured site to provide LIHTC compliance reporting requirements.

Participating Lender Log-In

The online reservation and monitoring system is used to lock in loans with PHFA and then monitor them throughout the pipeline, from loan lock-in through the post-closing process. It is also used to approve loans by lenders who have delegated underwriting authority (see Chapter 15 for details). The lender chooses an employee to serve as the administrator of the online system (if desired, an additional administrator can be created for post-closing matters). The administrator can then set up various lender employees or approved third-party originators with their own user ID and password. Please refer to Appendix X for detailed instructions on how to use the system.

We are pleased to announce the rollout of a new security project that will enable us to protect confidential company information. To help implement this important policy, we are using Cisco's Registered Envelope Service (RES) secure e-mail solution to help protect against inadvertent disclosure of personally identifiable financial information.
