Pennsylvania Housing Studies

The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency has commissioned several studies into aspects of the housing markets of Pennsylvania.

The first study provides a county-based picture of housing needs in the Commonwealth and is available under the Housing Needs Study (2003) link.

The other series of studies represent a detailed data collection effort by three vendors to yield information about housing markets in Pennsylvania. The results of these studies are available under the Housing Study (2006) link.

PHFA has commissioned additional studies of various attributes of the Commonwealth's housing markets. The results of these studies are available under the Housing Study (2007) link.
