Pop–Up Blocker:

This Web site was designed to be viewed with a minimum screen resolution of 800 X 600 Pixels (the default setting for most computers).

PHFA maintains browser support for the top three most commonly used browsers on the market. These three (in order from most used to least) are Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Netscape Navigator. PHFA will only support two previous versions of each browser. Example: In 2005 Microsoft’s most current Internet Explorer version released was IE 7.0, therefore, PHFA will support Internet Explorer versions 7.0, 6.5 and 6.0.
