The two RFP's are to obtain the services of an auditing firm to conduct finanical audits. The first RFP is for audit services for HEMAP. The second RFP is for audit services for PHFA. The submission deadline for both RFP's is Wednesday, February 29, 2012.

Commissioned by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA), the Center for the Study of Community and the Economy (CSCE) at Lycoming College researched the effects that the Marcellus Shale natural gas industry, broadly defined, is having on housing, also broadly defined, across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
